Finding Furr'ever homes
Who We Are
FluffyNut is a voluntary initiative that is aimed at helping animals in need. We host adoption drives to find furr'ever homes for rescued animals. We support rescuers and foster homes by providing funds for medical treatment and recovery as well as arrange rations and supplies.
We have conducted 20+ successful adoption drives and fundraisers in Bengaluru, India. We are associated with other animal welfare organisations to help promote vaccinations, neutering/spaying, adoptions and overall wellbeing of animals. We have created a network of fosters and volunteers around Bangalore. We also raise funds on behalf of vetted rescuers who need funds for the treatment of injured/stray animals. We plan on expanding our services to provide support to shelters, and animal welfare awareness sessions at educational institutions and offices. In the future, we aim to set up our own sanctuary and retirement home for animals in need.

When I look into the eyes of an animal,
I don't see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend. I see a soul.
Our Origin Story
On a day like any other, our founder, a passionate animal lover, met a lady who was fostering three puppies she had rescued.
The three puppies contracted a deadly virus which left the foster parent running to vets, administering medicines and special diets,
all while facing financial constraints.
Seeing the hardships faced by the foster, all for the love of animals,
our founder took it upon herself to make a difference
by lending a helping hand. But that was not enough.
She was driven to start something that would help more rescuers and fosters.
And thus, The Indie Guardians Trust was born.
Since then, the Trust has grown to a team of three people, 90+ foster parents, and 170+ rescuers and volunteers.
We constantly come up with new ideas to help our streeties,
abandoned pets and other animals in need.
